At LIFEUPHQ, our priority is your satisfaction. If you find a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions detailed below.
Deadlines

Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

Visible damage: For items such as broken glass or missing parts, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified. Once the product is received and passes quality analysis, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another product in stock.

Receive a refund for the product value. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty All products have a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a short video or clear photos showing the defect along with the original packaging and label.
The warranty does not cover:

Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (cracked screens, scratches, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

Inappropriate use of accessories or natural wear and tear (oxidation, battery reduction, etc.).
